1. Overview

Kleado Technologies Private Limited is committed to fair and transparent billing. This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") describes the conditions under which refunds are granted for subscriptions, Lead Credits, and Marketplace lead purchases on the Kleado Platform.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Policy and applicable consumer protection laws in India.

✅ If you have a billing concern, contact us at billing@kleado.com before raising a payment dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved within 3–5 business days.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Free Trial

No payment is taken during the 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, a prorated refund for unused months may be issued at Kleado's discretion upon written request.
  • Renewals of annual plans are non-refundable after 48 hours of the renewal date.
⚠️ Subscription downgrades or plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Credits from your current plan are not carried over to downgraded plans.

3. Lead Credit Purchases

Lead Credits purchased separately from a subscription plan are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge due to a payment processing error
  • Credits were not delivered to your account within 24 hours of payment
  • Account termination initiated by Kleado without cause

4. Marketplace Lead Purchases

Individual lead purchases from the Marketplace are generally non-refundable once a lead has been accessed or downloaded. However, refunds or Credit replacements may be issued in the following verified cases:

  • The lead's primary contact details are demonstrably invalid at the time of purchase
  • The lead was listed by a Seller in violation of our marketplace rules and has been removed
  • You were charged for a lead you did not purchase due to a technical error
  • The lead is a verified duplicate of a lead you purchased within the last 30 days

Refund requests for lead quality — including claims that a lead did not convert — are not eligible, as AI scores are predictive and not a guarantee of outcome.

6. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, please:

  • Email billing@kleado.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Account Email]
  • Include your Order ID or Transaction Reference, the reason for your request, and any supporting evidence
  • Submit your request within 14 days of the transaction date

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Razorpay Wallet: 1–2 business days

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our billing manager at billing@kleado.com. We will review escalations within 5 business days.

We strongly advise against raising a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, as chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
