We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when refunds apply, how to request them, and what to expect.
Kleado Technologies Private Limited is committed to fair and transparent billing. This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") describes the conditions under which refunds are granted for subscriptions, Lead Credits, and Marketplace lead purchases on the Kleado Platform.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this Policy and applicable consumer protection laws in India.
No payment is taken during the 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
Lead Credits purchased separately from a subscription plan are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
Individual lead purchases from the Marketplace are generally non-refundable once a lead has been accessed or downloaded. However, refunds or Credit replacements may be issued in the following verified cases:
Refund requests for lead quality — including claims that a lead did not convert — are not eligible, as AI scores are predictive and not a guarantee of outcome.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method:
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our billing manager at billing@kleado.com. We will review escalations within 5 business days.
We strongly advise against raising a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, as chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
