Your use of the Platform and any reliance upon information obtained through it is entirely at your own risk. Kleado shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

2. AI Scores & Predictions

Kleado uses machine learning algorithms to generate AI Scores for leads listed on the Marketplace. These scores are probabilistic estimates derived from historical data patterns and are intended as decision-support tools only.

Factors that may affect the predictive accuracy of AI Scores include:

• Changes in a lead's circumstances after the score was generated
• Differences in sales approach, timing, or messaging used by the Buyer
• Market conditions or competitive factors outside Kleado's control
• Limitations inherent in machine learning models trained on historical data
• Data recency — scores are generated at the time of listing and may not reflect current lead intent

3. Marketplace Lead Data

Lead data listed on the Kleado Marketplace is sourced from third-party Sellers who have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and represented that their data has been collected lawfully. However:

• Kleado does not independently verify the legality of every data collection method used by Sellers
• Kleado makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of lead contact information
• Contact details may become outdated between the time of listing and time of purchase
• Kleado is not responsible for the accuracy of industry, budget, or intent classifications assigned by Sellers

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of purchased lead data complies with applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, TRAI regulations, and anti-spam legislation.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Kleado Platform constitutes legal, financial, marketing, tax, or business advice. All content — including articles, guides, blog posts, webinars, and case studies — is provided for general informational purposes only.

You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on the Platform without first seeking independent professional advice appropriate to your specific circumstances.

5. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations (including CRM systems, AI tools, and payment processors). Kleado does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, or availability.

The inclusion of any third-party link or integration does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by Kleado. You access third-party services at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Platform Availability & Uptime

Kleado endeavours to maintain high Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated in advance where possible)
• Unplanned technical failures or infrastructure outages
• Cybersecurity incidents or DDoS attacks
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet disruptions

Kleado shall not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from Platform unavailability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kleado Technologies Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these disclaimers or any applicable law
• Your use of purchased lead data in violation of applicable regulations
• Any misrepresentation made by you as a Seller on the Marketplace
• Any claim brought by a third party arising from your use of the Platform
